Races starting 10,15 or 20 minutes after post. Northfield is the worst.

how do trainers get caught with drugs that would get John Doe on the street throw in jail but a fine and time in the penalty box, they are back in business ( rarely are they 'actually' out of business)

I bet less on harness than ever, mostly due in part to the delays ( already mentioned ) in the post. I make a bet or two and will go back  later to watch replays.... If I was engaged, I might just bet more.

Thats a given-and in a dead heat with Judges and commissions-who give stays(sometimes multiple) to big trainers and little guys who dont appeal because of lack of funds-still get the max penalties.
