She looks like she's been hit in face with a frying pan, and goes about 200+... other than her big boobs and her ability to suck a golfball throw a garden hose, not really sure of her other abilities, especially as a trainer. And as for his driving fines, he's not show up for entire race cards, calling off at the last minute, or actually coming and signing in at the paddock then leaving. He definitely needs to work out his issues or find a new profession....

PA Code Title 7-205.510. Mr. Hall issued a dishonored check for payment of Ruling 21026M to the SHRC. Mr. Hall is fined $100 which is due within 10 days of this ruling. The returned check must also be taken care of within those 10 days. Failure to do so, could result in a full suspension. Mr. Hall`s fines must now be paid by cashier`s checks or money orders only. Mr. Hall has 10 days to appeal this decision to the Pennsylvania SHRC, Bureau of Standardbred Racing.
