Hall of Fame harness racing driver Brian Sears was arrested in Florida earlier this week after allegedly groping a woman at a Florida restaurant.

Sears, nicknamed the "The White Knight," was arrested on Tuesday and charged with battery touch or strike. He was released on $1,000 bail.
A resident of Secaucus, Sears is alleged to have assaulted the woman at Rattlesnake Jake's Bar & Grill in Deerfield Beach, Florida, on March 23 at approximately 11:45 p.m. The arrest report notes that Sears "grabbed both of her breasts with both of his hands and pinched her nipples over her clothes."

If this sexual deviant ever participates in this industry again it proves that the industry approves and condones this kind of behavior.  We passed this info to the leaders of the #MeToo  movement. We want to thank whoever started this info thread for their concern.
Fellow posters have stated that this guy is a regular abuser of women, how does he still have a job in the industry unless the industry condones such decrepit behavior?  Looks like we have another Matt Lauer, Al Franken here. And to people say he should be considered innocent you are guilty of trying to cover up a crime and should be removed from your industry

 The whole nation will be watching the progress of this case and what happens to the perp. The victim continues to suffer from inappropriate behavior and demands justice be delivered.

 As a woman in this industry, I feel I can no longer feel safe at any track that lets this guy race.  Where are the other female voices of the industry to get justice against this creep? Julie, Linda, yes even you Jenn, Heather, Michelle should be leading the movement to get this sexual predator banded from the industry of harness racing
