They already have 5/8ths mile dumps in Georgian and Hiawatha that nobody gives two fucks about.  Why add another?

I think it is well proven that larger size tracks drive larger handles
asuming the horse quality is in line and they do get decent horses for most cards
I assume that is why they are doing it
currently the outside 3 posts are an auto toss in most races
