If you really are Tom L.  I can see why they fired you. In your earlier post you accused the race secretary and 2 trainers of cheating the system. With no proof. Have you ever been in the industry?? Obviously not. Race secretary always makes exceptions just as it says in the condition sheet.
1 did those horses move to another trainer?  Sold?
2. Did they race at HP the next start?
3. Did the class fill?
4. Did they have 2 horses that fit the class?
5. Did they go to Scott and say I need a qualifier. But have a race next week at another track?

I’ve never raced where he was secretary but I have never had an issue qualifying one then going somewhere else if the class was better fit for the horse. Even crazy old Doc Norotzky understood the business
