Title: can someone explain jack pot pay out at woodbine

not sure but prolly a 30% take out and maybe Canadian / American $ exchange?

Actually I don't get it either. The payout last night said $39,000 so I thought someone hit it too.

Maybe just a misprint or data entry error?
